In order to become proficient in the construction roles, the College of Contract Management develops the necessary engineering skills as well as the fundamental knowledge and understanding. In terms of quality control, safety and welfare, and work planning and organization, this includes nvq 6 construction management skills.  Assessing occupational competency in the workplace, where one must demonstrate the skills and knowledge required in the construction industry, is its main objective.
